double hourglass quilt
Flannelette quilt - all soft and cuddly.

Split nine patch quilt. As I was making this quilt I did not like it. But once finished I love it!! So did the boys.

Beginners quilt - cot quilt. This quilt is a cot size with a lot of novelty childrens fabric. I used the process to teach some people how to quilt. It teaches 1/4 inch seaming, straight lines, squares, triangles - which are the basics for most quilts.

Blocks donated by Julie, finished and quilted by me.

  1. I love the quilt at the top of your blog. The one that has all the random strips sewn onto white. Do you have a post or a tutorial about it? Can you please share the link? Thank you!

  2. I found your blog through the Sew Many Ways linking party. I find it very enjoyable. Like the previous commenter, do you have a post about the quilt that is shown in your banner? I like the way it is put together with various scraps. All the colors are so beautiful.
